Obesity!!!!!!!!?

I Have A Friend In my Locality. He Is 11 And His Weight Was 80 Last Year. Now He Has Reduced Weight By 10kgs In One Month And His Weight Is 70.But Then It Came Slowly Slowly To 75kgs.He Is Now Cycling For 15 Minutes With Full Friction On It,Swimming 40 Lengths In 1 Hour In And 25m Pool. And Eating Nutritious Food But Not Losing His Weight. He Said Me To Help Him.Now What Should I Advice Him?

tell him he should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in his diet they keep you full and energized and should have small meal every 3 hours check this site for article on fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get him started

hello everyone...see the first think that you can do is to ask him to avoid junk foods..Then there are things like abstaining from food with higher cholestrol, spicy and oily foods..he can be adviced to do regular exercise ,along with yoga,,,And ha someone with a weight of 80 at the age of 11 absolutely needs an fitness expert,,..for the time is running out ,,

I consider obesity as a major problem, because even my sis(who is also 11 yrs old)is walking on the path of obesity. But what we at home are trying to do is,cutting down on her sweets intake, giving her either rice or roti for lunch/dinner.
or you can tell him to consult his family doc.

Ask him to consult a specialist in Obesity who can help him with the right diet to be taken and right type of exercise to be done.

HE HAVE TO AVOID BREAD MEANS ROTI, HE SHUD IT FRUITS AND SALAD,15 MINUTES CYCLEING IS NOT ENOUGH,ALMOST 1 HOR EXERCISE IN MORNING AND ONE HOUR IN EVENING, HE SHUD LIVE BREAD AND BUTTER

he shuld get a check from obesity specalist he shuld maintain a healthu lifestyle. and control his diet
