Obesity Problem!!??!!?


My name is Sabrina: I wieght 115 pounds. I am 4 feet and 8 inches. I am 11 years old. And I was born on Semptember 8th, 1996.

Since I will be loosing pounds until I am 96 pounds (That's what it says on my BMI)
I want to know what:
Breakfeasts
Snacks
Lunches
Dinners
or even a little sweet stuff
that I am allowed to have.


Also I want to know what sports i can join and exricises I can do.
And see how long I do these exricizes.

more fruits and veggies, baked chicken breast,baked fish,more water and walk a little more ...walk about 30 minutes a day or pick up a sport........softball or volleyball is good ...........but i do not think that you have a weight problem because by the end of summer you should be reaching almost 5 feet and that will make up the extra pounds ..........my dear you are only 11 years old i wouldn't really worry about your weight at this time i would worry however to getting a few exercise routines going and eating a little healthier at this time

well if you want to lose wight try eating some more fruit instead of meat here are some fruit you should try : apples , pears,grapes ,and oranges. some exorcises and sports you should try are : jogging,push ups,basketball,soccer,and volleyball .

try eating more fruits and veggies for snacks you can eat fruit snack and make sure to drink water instead of soda or sports drinks
