Does this hold any truth?: "America is the only country in the world that obesity problems among the poor?" |
Someone said this to me and it seemed outrageous. Please, no anger motivated responses. No, several other countries have that too. Australia being one of them. Aborigines have a much higher obesity rate than white Australians. i wouldn't know since im not poor..but i dont think thats true.. no. No not true it happens all over as the poor have to eat what is available to then, mostly starch and fat, so there you have it. It is said in Japan also. No it is also true in the UK too according to statistics and news reports I hear on the BBC. Mexico and the other so-called "latin" american countries also... for many of them it is actually a status symbol |
