How would you go about solving the growing the obesity epidemic in children? |
How would you go about solving the growing the obesity epidemic in children? Educate the parents, so they can teach the children. Get back to feeding them healthy meals and not fast-food and junk food because it's convenient and easy...and get them back outside active and playing, not sitting inside pounding on the computer keyboard or game system. It is not just the children, it is also their parents. They serve the wrong choices for meals, but maybe it is what they can afford. They use TV and Video games as a way to occupy their children. The school lunches are horrible. Education! FREE LIPO!! |
