Is childhood obesity the result of genetically modified foods,electrosmog,or aspartame?

aspartame is a manmade chemical sugar substitute put in coke and other "soft" junk food drinks/products.
these are all recent additions to the foodchain.
these products can be found thruout the world in the diets of the young.

children are brooded /raised in the electromagnetic aura of televisions/computers/games/et...
lab animals zapped with unnatural electromagnetic radiation have produced offspring with stunted growth,weight gain,behavioral difficulties, &other oddities.
are any or all of these causing the fat cells of the young to be genetically modified?

No, the kid either ate too much, gets too little exercise, or has bad genetics.
