Are these obesity reduction clinics really effective and are the results achieved long standin?

I found the attached list of such centers while answering another question. None of these places seem to have web sites. Most bariatric places I've found online are all about surgery, not other options.
From what I've heard about these places, they take into account all the different aspects of what makes a person overweight--not just eating and exercising, but also the "head hunger" and other mental issues. Checking into one of these places isn't for a week or even a month. It's months, or even years.
