You may gain some weight if you quit smoking, because smoking increases metabolic rate.
Smoking can effect your weight ,, a person who eats less due to smoking or any reason can toss their metabolism into slow motion you need food to burn to keep metabolism going too ,, so if your smoking and eating less or skipping meals you can gain weight.
