Is it possible for obesity to be hereditary? |
I thought it had to do with diet, but I was told that's not the case. It's possible that genes can make you more suseptable to becoming fat; but to be obese still takes a bad diet and no exercise, except in rare cases. Genes get used as an excuse way to often. yes, it is possible, most fat people are fat because no exerscise though no they know believe that it can be passed on through genes. But diet can also have quite an impact yes, most obesity cases are hereditary Yes, it can be hereditary. The best thing you can do is to eat right and most importantly it do exercise daily. as much as you can get in. try 30 minutes to an hour. then go for an hour. Soon, your heart rate will get better, keep things moving better. Even small things help out. sitting, then standing, stnading on on foot for balance. Just expand into many ideas. just keep moving. |
