How do you tackle obesity? |
My friends are all asking me how to tackle fat and get rid of it by not loosing weight or eating well do soemthign ulove that makes u happy, i have tackled obisity, i did somehting that made me happy and i have lost over 30 pounds and i feel great and i am more out going so do what makes u happy Source(s): my own life exercise and a healthy diet. It is a life style change not just a quick fix!!! Eat better & exercise more. Forget that french fries and soda exist. Start with that. one hour walk daily, green leafy vegetables, reduced meat, eggs, chicken, dairy products, calculate calories in ur food, weight * 30 -- 500 should be your calories per day, there are drugs like sibutramine and orlistat, which have some effect eat your vegetables everyday exercice at least 30 min every day and drink plenty of water everyday at least 1 galon of water |
