How can we stop obesity? People need to be educated a young age about the dangers associated with obesity and what can be done to prevent it. The two most important things to chage in our lifestyles are diet and exercise. Eat balanced, nutritious meals and control portions so that you don't take in excess calories. And don't lead a sedentary lifestyle - get regular exercise if you can, or if not that, at least incorporate more physical activity into your everyday routine. I think the best way is to exercise regularly following doctor's advice. EDUCATE society more on the risks and problems with BEING obese. Also educating them on proper eating habits, exercise and proper nutrition. I my view, to recognise individual cravings and relate them to our emotions is the first step like...like filling in time alone with chips and getting rid of depression with chocolate .....then finding healthier solutions is the first true step take people to camps and make them hunt and kill their own meals. if they dont eat meat, tell them to start planting |
