Why are there so much obesity in this country? |
Why are there so much obesity in this country? McDonald's. And ignorance. People are so lazy, they let themselves go, and then just get fatter and fatter. They are spurred on by "big is beautiful" and "its what inside that counts". That is a load of ****. Big is NOT beautiful. Big is fat. Fat is ugly. But, no, try to tell a fat person that and they say they can't help it, or its "genetic". More ****. Ignorance, laziness, and McDonald's. And now, these fat asses are having fat kids, giving us a new generation of blobs. ---MC DONALDS ---LAZY PEOPLE ---PEOPLE DONT COOK, THEY JUST GO OUT AND BUY SOMETHING UNHEALTHY ---PEOPLE DONT EXERCISE ---"IT MIGHT BE CONSIDERED GENETIC" AS AN EXCUSE -- YOU CAN JUST GET GASTRIC BYPASS AND A TUMMY TUCK -- THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON many reasons 1 - the cheapest and easiest to get foods are also the most fattening, like mcdonalds. 2- Americans tend to drive everywhere, and get very little excercise 3- its considered 'not your fault' if you are overweight, you should just see a doctor or take a pill. if we treated overweight people like smokers this would change quickly. couse people eat and eat... and dont get out and burn off all that energy they just ate... so your body stores it as fat... than they eat... and get fat... people don't take care of themselves and don't realize that everything they eat does something to them Food habits like more sweets, fat and carbohydrates but less of physical activity to burn these out.The balance get deposited as fatty tissues. Eat what is only necessaryl-physically work well-obesity can be controlled!! Poor Diet, Lack of Exercise, Internet and Computers, Cars...fast food...I think most common cause is "SODA, POP, COKE" depending on wher eyou live in the US...you are always thirsty and soda is empty calories...how many people drink a big gulp at 7 Eleven...think abut how many calories in addition to huge portioned meals... |
