Does Fast food add to obesity? Sould it be limited to once a week?

Obesity is spreading all over the world. It brings many diseases with it. As a responsible parent, we should guide our children rightly.

I think you are getting it wrong ....Fast food can be pasta, pizza, sandwich, instant noodles, soups etc. Obseity is thru excess eating, basicially if you eat more calories than you use per day, the balance calories gets converted into fat. The notion is that most fast foods are high in calories. However if you choose a subway sandwich for lunch I think its full of the required stuff a person needs for a lunch. Minus the colas. Moderate eating and drinking, eat less calories is the key to keeping the right weight. And exercise to keep your body fit and muscles growth. Source(s): self
Limit it to twice a month.
Most nutritionists say you should never eat fast food.
what do you get when you rearrange fast food?
"fats" food..................It as a whole bunch of fats and calories.....
i beleive that fast food does add to obesity because it is loaded with fat. i think it should be limited down to at least maybe once every two weeks maybe even longer.
my noggin =]
