As the country with the most obesity how is it possible? 70% of the country is fat. wow surprising? |
i think the people should stop eating and what items can make u fat in ur house??? Ex: games fatty foods soda lazzay mans couch, or the worst the tv is on that G4 tv show Well, the problem is, people cannot simply stop eating, the way an alcoholic can just simply stop drinking alcohol. The main thing that makes you fat is the empty space between your ears! (Take my word for it, I am what is clinically known as morbidly obese.) People like me can give advice a whole lot better than we can take it. My excuse is I'm too old now to change significantly. But seriously; if you have a problem with over-eating, consider joining Overeaters Anonymous, a 12-step program for people with various eating disorders. The theme is to eat sensibly ONE DAY AT A TIME. its our lifestyle; everything is provided. we have a choice in what we want; asia is facing a growing problem ever since mcdonalds moved in there It's not the eating. It is the way we have engineered physical activity out of our lives. Cable TV, Video Games, the Internet. We live like invalids, and we eat like normal people. well in 2005 it was only 30% I find it hard to believe it has went up to 70% also the BMI alone isn't a good indication of obesity, with it I am almost obese but I can get over a 70 on all three parts of the army PT test, and that's not a simple thing. many people have this problem though, and they could fix it if they wanted to, its not that hard to get into shape. also how many people work a job where you sit around all day, look at all them office buildings in cities, hard to stay in shape when you sit on your *** 40 hours a week at work, then also do it at home. less people work physical jobs, so more people are fat. hey we love to eat...it all depends on what you do after you eat the problem is cars and fast food. Society demands that we travel by car and eat in a hurry. I gained 50 pounds after moving to this country and started driving. either that or we are all lazy. u pick. Which country is that? I presume you mean the US. Remember being overweight isn't necessarily being obese. The figure for true obesity is much lower. |
