Which beans are known to battle obesity? |
Which beans are known to battle obesity? Green beans or string beans as we call them. But most fruit , salad and vegetables encourage weight loss , by "filling up" , with less calories. Thus most diets encourage , eating more of them. Also drink more water , as we get confused , by the brain signal that says "I am thirsty.....and we think it says we are hungry, and eat more ! Finally , avoid fatty foods , sugary foods and salty foods. Why salty foods ? Because the salt will make you feel thirsty....you may think you are hungry......and eat more ! Hope that helps ! Now don't forget to Exercise too , as this will make you feel good......and accelerate or instigate your weight loss ! www.hypnotist1worldwide.com All beans, taken moderately, add little to body fat and hence considered anti-obese! beans are very good for you...but not sure any of them "battle" obesity None but they are a good source of proteine eaten in moderation! All beans. The 'skin' is a good roughage that cleans the system. Also it is a veg substitute for meat and provides Protein. Healthier. ALL beans contain fiber, which helps to break down excess fat and improve digestion. I use beans as a meat replacement. I make delicious pupusas and bean tacos. Beans are also very filling, so you eat less. I also love red lentils, split peas (yellow and green) and make nice soups with lentils and rice. I lost about 40 pounds in three months after replacing meat and poultry with beans. Its simply too hard on the body to try to digest muscle that is too similar to our own. All Beans are good for you ,they give you protein and have fiber which is beneficial. However everything must be eaten in moderation. Bottom line is you can battle obesity by controlling the amount of calories you consume. |
