Which fruits and vegetables prevent us from obesity and keep us fit during summers?

Fruits and vegetables that are high in water content are great for the summertime. They fill you up, and help to keep you hydrated. Also, the more colorful the fruit/vegetable is, the more nutrients, phytochemicals, and antioxidants it tends to have. When filling a shopping cart, try to have as many colors as possible. Finally, frozen fruits and vegetables generally have the same nutritional benefit as fresh, and sometimes are easier for cooking/baking.
I would recommend:
Fruits: Apples, berries, bananas, melons, dried plums, oranges
Veggies: Broccoli, carrots, greens, tomatoes (ok, it's a fruit), spinach, eggplant, peppers
The ONLY way to loose weight is to consume fewer calories than you burn. Plain and simple and a scientific fact. Eating a well balanced diet will keep you healthy.
you should eat a good mix of all the ones you can tolerate
All within reasonable quantities.
try water melon
All of them if we eat them instead of chocolates and crisps. If you eat more fruit and vegetables and less junk food you'll be slim and fit no matter which fruit and veg you choose.
Berries are great for you and plentyful in the summer.
Also tomatoes, eggplant, and melon.
You can eat all the fruit you want and stay fit. (unless, maybe you are diabetic)
