Which countries have fewest reports of disease and obesity, what do they eat, and where can I get some?

MOVE TO AFRICA.
China and Japan, they eat a lot of rice and not Fatty foods (rice is filling)
Okinawa is the champ. They eat lots of fiber, lots of high calcium greens, and very little meat.
Move to Japan, or head to your local Japanese restaurant. They have the longest longevity b/c of the high level of fish in their diet, as well as other non-fatty (read non-heart disease causing) foods such as rice and an assortment of vegetables.

europe, especially Italy, their all beautifully thin and live into their 100's!!!! The eat healthy proportions, very light if any sauces on pasta, thin crusted pizzas with light sauce, little cheese, and veggie toppings! Not to mention the esspresso would make a coke addict think twice!! Its no wonder their thin, the caffiene rush is insane
the countries with no fast food eateries. Each town should be allowed so many. Have a little will-power and get your mind on something else.
