What is the number one cause of rising obesity in America?

The problem is caused by an entire society fixated on food as a form of entertainment and an industry that produces low-quality food, starting with the farm and proceeding through every level of processing and distribution until it hits the table in front of you. There are so many reasons that an entire explanation is not possible here. But what I can say is that American food is probably the worst produced in the entire world, and the cooking here is no better. Food, bad food, is what is causing the obesity, along with to many mechanical, electrical, and electronic devices that keep us from using our bodies in good and honest physical labor.
