What state has the highest rate of morbid obesity in the United States (and therefore probably the world)?

I don't know what state, but Detroit is the fattest city, with 5 out of the top ten fattest cities are in Texas, so probably Texas. Source(s): SuperSize Me Documentary Movie

I am not sure if it is still the case, but I beleive Wisconsin--Dairy I say I think the cheese might have something to do with that.

Though I am not sure what percent of its residents are morbidly obese, Texas has the highest rate of morbid obesity in the United States.
