Yes, all school age childern must go outside for an hour each day, even in the winter. Also have gym lessons.

No, but their should be. Even phys. ed. in school is a joke anymore. But it is the parents that are responsible, along with the schools that serve up nothing but high fat junk food and high sugar content soda's.
