I think you should work out and eat healthy the only time I think it is okay is if you have excess skin because you were very large.
it can be but should be only a last resort. I think education is the best defense, teach kids and people the right way to eat and exercise and then they don't have to worry about surgeries to remove excess fat later on.
If you can麓t make exercise and diet, yes. You can try with medication too. Read more here:
