could you please help my through it,I have to present a presentation about overcoming obesity. please give me some funny and creative ways, thank you

Every time you eat, imagine that there is mold all over your food. Source(s): I actually got that idea from a book "She's Come Undone" by Wally Lamb.
Stop making your car payments. Once your car is repossessed, you will walk more!
Have your mouth sewn shut
put a twinkie on a stick and hang it in front of your treadmill... then start running.
I don't know...how about only eating when you (or whoever) is walking. No walk...no food.
Alright something that I actually used, I got my family to go on a diet with me, and us all get gym passes and work out every day for about two hours. Something as simple as running, biking, weight lifting, basketball, all that good stuff. And hey you get in some family comp. to see who can lose the most. That makes it all worth it to be able to say that you did something better then your brother or sister and if you're an only child I am sorry but hey you still beat could beat your mom or dad.
