According to my BMI, I am overweight/borderline obesity. Do I like "obese" to you?

According to my BMI, I am overweight and pretty close to being obese; do you think that I look healthy? I think that I look average to be honest... but apparently, I am obese.

At 5ft5 and 160lb, you are nowhere near being obese. According to BMI you are only about 10lb overweight, although you don't look it.

I'm guessing you probably just have a lot of extra muscle or a heavier frame, which is why you weigh more. You can always have your body fat percentage checked, but you look perfectly healthy to me.

HTH : ) Source(s): P.S. If you hadn't have stated your weight, I would have guessed you at around 130lb.
Um, I think you may have calculated your BMI wrong...You are fine.

Those BMI charts were created many many years ago and by most stardards are outdated. You look fine to me.
No, you look fine. Don't fret about you weight just feel good about yourself, but if you are really concerned try doing some light lifting and running to help trim down.
