Do you believe in those normal weight, overweight, and obesity weight charts?

I know i'm way off the charts in these healthy weight chart things, i've even looked at a few. Arn't those for only partialy active people? I'm more than exceptionaly active. i usualy get between 3.5 and 5 hours of activity, (sports related, not just like walking) daily, between weight room, PE, weight room in afternoon, and one of the sports i do (i have sports that cover every day of a calander year, some even overlaping) after school. i used to be at a lighter weight, and a lot less healthy, but losing 5-8 pounds a day, and burning calories like crazy, eating every thing i can to maintain, but not gain weight. i am curently 15, 6'1" 256 lbs, with a 28" waist, and i had a doctor calculate how many calories i need to eat based on my activity level, and came up with an estounding number between 5500, and 6000 calories a day. And am more healthy than anyone i know, i can even run marathons. Do those obesity charts realy apply to me, or am i fine? i play football basebal wrestling, track

The BMI charts also have a disclaimer that they may be inaccurate if a person is very athletic or has a large amount of muscle mass. Since you fit into that category, don't use the BMI chart. It's supposed to determine a healthy weight for the general population of people. And if you are running marathons and engaging in a lot of other activities, you are obviously very healthy.
I believe you are refering to the BMI charts. These charts are by no means able to account for all people. They simply take into account your height and weight. They do not include muscle versus fat mass. Therefore, a bodybuilder would be seen as obese on a BMI chart. For this reason, the charts a simply a guide for the average. To be sure, check with your doctor.
BMI often misclassifies very athletic people, such as yourself. I would recommend having your body fat percentage checked instead. But, with a 28 inch waist, I don't think you have to worry!

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://www.aboutu2.info/free-diet-pills.... is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free sample bottle (there is a $6.95 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
