Can you tell me whether Noni Juice can cure obesity, diabetes, heart diseases etc.? |
Can you tell me whether Noni Juice can cure obesity, diabetes, heart diseases etc.? Noni juice would be an addition to an entire regimen for disease control. Each disease has to be approached individually. For diabetes, you want to get exercise and a low sugar inducing diet. Noni juice would then add necessary vitamins and minerals. But noni juice and junk food ain't going to cure your diabetes. Similarly heart disease has its own diet and exercise regiment, but noni juice won't do it alone. Snake oil ! There's no evidence that noni juice reduces cholesterol. Noni juice, which is made from a fruit (Morinda citrifolia) grown in the Asia-Pacific region, has gained popularity as a tonic for everything from arthritis and depression to heart disease and cancer. But there is insufficient reliable data about its effectiveness in treating any of these conditions. As with many fruits, the noni fruit is a source of vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants. Antioxidants appear to protect the body from age-related changes and certain diseases. Although the juice has an unpleasant taste and odor, it is generally safe to drink. However, noni juice is high in potassium. For this reason, people with kidney disease or who take potassium-sparing diuretics shouldn't drink noni juice because it can cause dangerously elevated levels of potassium in the blood (hyperkalemia). I know for a fact that it can't..my friends dad had heart trouble and his family ordered a lot of it..the UPS was delivering boxes of that stuff. Where is her dad now....at the cemetery. now it could be healthful in some areas, and yes some people do swear it's helping them. maybe give it a try and see for yourself. not sure of Noni juice but ya a combination of Aloe vera juice and Gooseberry juice really works for obesity, well i have even been taking Ayurvedic slimming powder for weight loss . And Arjun tea is a tea for heart , my dad takes that.
