What happened to three regular meals a day and no obesity? Nowadays?

its faddy eating when ever you chose to eat and obesity.

I think some of it is due to social changes.Gone are the average 9 - 5 job,we work longer hours and sometimes have to eat on the run. When we get home we are tired and choose convenience over health. There are many times when ive had to rush out the door at 5am with a banana or packet of crisps, then eating nothing again until 9pm when i get home and grab the nearest thing.
I eat four meals a day and I weigh the right amount for my height and I have a six pack.
true.....but in those days there was also a mother constantly at home to cook!
who ever said if you eat 3 meals a day you wont get obese
Now we have 3 Super Sized meals a day and most do not exercise.
Genetics play a big part to some extent, but nowadays, the food we eat is generally not quite healthy for human consumption. As a result, we ingest chemically treated 'foods' which bloat us up though we eat right amounts at the right times.
Time has happened. People seem to not have anytime to eat, especially the every important family dinner. Besides which most doctors will tell you it's now healthier and better to eat 5-6 small meals instead of cramming 3 big ones.
