How much responsibility the fast food industry has for the obesity epidemic in the US? |
How much responsibility the fast food industry has for the obesity epidemic in the US? Why do we eat that stuff? Simply, convenience and well, things that are convenient are pretty much bad for us. I think it is choice. If someone wants to let themselves go, then that is their problem. Why blame the fast food industry when it is simply easy to say no thank you. No one forces them to pull through the drive through and tells them, you must super size. I think our society likes to point too many fingers and the big issue really is that we need to take responsibility for our own actions for once! People should take full responsibility for everything they eat. actually none, because people decide what and where they want to eat and how much, folks shouldn't be blameing the fast food industry for their bad choices NONE it is your choice to eat fast food. It is your choice to super size it. We all have choices.. The fast food industries are partially to blame. They feed upon the weaknesses of the masses. They know alot of people are indulgent lazy, and desire convenience above all else. People choose to eat it, but there are some healthy choices on the menus now, you just have to not give in to the nasty ones. Watch the movie Super Size, and it is so nasty I will never eat McDonald's fries ever again. They put it in a jar and for months they never grew any mold or anything. Yuck. |
