Which gender do you think has a bigger problem with obesity?

Who do you think males or females and why?

women. their bodies produce roughly 1/10 the amounts of androgens that men do. it is much easier for women to increase body fat levels and also much harder for them to lose body fat because of this. Source(s): BS Exercise Science

Women, definitely. They have to start out with a higher percentage of body fat. Also, men naturally have more muscle so they burn energy at a higher rate than women.
by my opinion - both. Sad.
Both. Women obsess more about it though. We are "brainwashed" from an early age that we should be looking like the slinky fashion models and movie stars. If a person has self confidence though, you will be okay. The real reason for any diet should be to keep healthy, however, and not to fulfill someone's idea of an impossible image.
