The best website I have found is Webmd. It will answer all of your questions. I also go on to Southbeachdiet.com and there is a lot of help there as they have a great forum for questions and support. Good Luck
My opinion is and will always be intake vs. expenditure. The more you eat and less active one is usually leads to weight issues. Sorry but I can't provide you with any helpful sites.
