Where can i find a site that will help adults fight obesity? (like an adult fat camp)?



i weigh alot and i want to go to a camp that will cook my healthy food have me work out everyday and be really fun about the activities it chooses. I need help and i am looking for any information someone has that can lead me to that camp. Hopefully there is something out there that will take me in for like 6 months. LIke an Adult weight release Retreat Camp.

Where there is a will, there is a way. Self help is the best form. Years ago I smoked like a chimney. I just decided to chuck it away and that was it (never looked back). Did not depend on any aids. Just willed myself into it and refused mentally, to give any excuses (including throwing an expensive Ronson lighter away as a symbolic gesture). If I was fat today - and at my age most people are - I would do the same. I am not, because years ago I willed myself to doing regular exercises long before it became fasionable. The only beneficiary is YOU. Just get on with it without all the fuss!
You might check into the availability of such a camp/retreat through thebiggestloser.com. If you've ever seen the reality show on NBC it's quite motivating and they developed a club through the Biggest Loser website. The new season just started last night (Wednesday) so you can catch it next Wednesday - just check your local listings.

duno bout the camp

but this helps me lose weight-

only fresh juice after 5 pm
jump on a mini trampoline daily
drink 2-3 cups of green tea with jasmine every day
take lecithin
weh i took st johns wort it took away the sadness that made me want to overeat

no meat bread pasta margarine butter or fried food

hug sum1 everyday
think urself slim & beautiful too
