Will getting rid of fast food restaurants help to solve America's obesity problem?

Will getting rid of fast food restaurants help to solve America's obesity problem?

No, the majority of Americans who are obese are obese because they made a choice too, there are plenty of other alternative eateries to go to, they just happen to prefer fast food restaurants. None of them were forced to eat only fast food, it was a choice. Also, why would you want to get rid of fast food restaurants for those who are not obese but enjoy the occassional fast food lunch or dinner.Nope, but having some will power would.
Absolutely not.

That's like getting rid of water because people drown in it.

Personal accountability in this country should not be curtailed to assist those with feeble wills.
nope !
Obesity is not caused or created by fast food !
For most people it is a disorder, for others it can be a medical thing. eliminating fast food would not help the problem
Not at all some people use food as a comfort. Lok at Mc Donalds they got rid of the big size but people who want more will order more.
No, It is all on the parents or the individual. You do not have to eat it every day!!
