What is the best way to inform a stranger that I find their obesity physically repulsive?

Where ever I am, I find over weight people. I feel that honesty is the best way to deal with these individuals, but haven't found a way to honestly express how repulsive their girth is, without having them take offense.

You should buy them a rich cake, and have the frosting say, "You're too fat! Don't eat me!"

Then, give them a celery stick while you eat the cake in front of them.
anyway you tell them, they are going to take offense, just keep it to yourself
You don't. That would be rude. I think they know they have to lose weight for their health, and they don't need your two cents!
well i dont think they need tellin, unless ofcourse they dont have a mirror
Did they ask you for your opinion? Probably not....and if that is the case you shouldn't say anything......if they do ask you can say it in a nicer way that what you just said.
I feel the same way about bald people.

Grow up you insensitive snob
How would you want to be approached by a woman who found your baldness repulsive?
