The effects of malnutrition in relation to starvation, coronary heart diseases, constipation, and obesity? |
the effects of malnutrition in relation to starvation, coronary heart diseases, constipation, and obesity Malnutrition is due to fact that is inadequate diet to begin with. Starvation will be the most likely one of the causal effect to coronary heart disease, constipation and ketosis. Obesity will not play a part here. You would not be obese if you are under nourished. The effects are numerous. Hair loss, poor oral health, poor balance, confusion, irritability, skin lesions, dehydration, anuria ( low urine production) are just a few symptoms of starvation. Constipation can cause cramping nausea, irritability, and can lead to fecal impaction. Malnutrition does not necessarily mean that a person is starving. Malnutrition is the lack of the proper balance of vitamins and minerals in one's diet and or the excess of of those substances in one's diet. People assume that a fat baby with rolls a plenty is healthy. But if the mother is feeding that baby koolaid, Twinkies and french fries, the baby is malnourished. Malnutrition is when body lacks certain essential nutrient, malnutrition is NOT equal to starvation. Starvation is when body lacks of food. Malnutrition: Lack of fibre and you'll get constipation Lack of carbohydrate, body will use proteins which are found in muscles. When these sources of proteins are gone, the body will use proteins found in our heart muscles, which will greatly weaken our heart. Lack of carbohydrate will of course result in loss of weight. |
