Why shouldn't there be a 10% tax on all food that contributes to obesity?

I am doing a debate and I got assigned to this topic.

There's probably more tax than 10%, and they'd have to decide which food causes obesity. Just imagine a government deciding that! It could take forever and nobody would agree. Look at all the diets that tell us that this or that food is fattening. There would be no food left except maybe celery!
Because ALL food "contributes to obesity" if eaten in excess. Conversely there is not food which "contributes to obesity" when eaten in moderation.
I dunno, saying that one food contributes to obesity or a certain restaurant is not a statement you can back up. Case in point, my old roomate could eat an entire Dominoes pizza at midnight and not gain a pound while if I had done the same I would have gained 2 or 3 pounds due to our different metabolism. I know plenty of people who could eat McDonalds everyday and never gain weight. So that would be discrimination to those people who have high metabolisms to charge them as much as people who just abuse food and eat too much
All food if eaten without moderation can cause obesity. So I feel that there should not be any tax on any forms of food.
