Thats nice, you should point out that fat people are funny in the work place, as are really short people. I have a programmer I work with that I call "The Hobbit" for this reason. Chicks are generally acceptable as long as they're hot, no sense in working with ugly chicks because you have to look at them all day long, and generally they aren't hired in the first place. Dumb people don't get hired very often, and this is discrimination.
