I am 27 years old, single at 5' height and weighing 57kgs. i have a problem with my obesity.? |
how can i loose weght the fastest and effective way? i've got a bulging belly, i tried to diet or not eating... but seems it is not effective... any recommendations on what to eat and the exercises that fits me well? i'd appreciate all serious answers please?... Ill give it to you like any other fitness expert would say. THERE IS NO FAST AND EASY WAY. It takes hard work. The most effective way would probably be Weightlifting because as weird as it sounds, weightlifting will increase your metabolism and increase the size of your muscles therefore overall increasing your health. Getting a gym membership is almost a given unless you have a home gym. And to be the "fastest" and most effective way, You should probably think about going 5-6 times a week to the gym. 3 for running 3 for weightlifting. Keep a solid steady and healthy diet too. Drink plenty of water. And try to talk to a diet and fitness expert that can help you. These are just the basics. Dont even think about supplements. They are a waste of money unless you want to go faster and you already have a great diet plan down and you follow it. I completely understand and I have the best solution for you with proven results my wife has lost 55 pounds in 8 months and she looks and feels great, but she to tried everything out there with no results until her mom told her about Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly products, she was skeptical but went ahead and started taking it her cravings were gone and she began to loose the weight because bee pollen contains a high natural protein level as well as a complex carb which the combination will stabilize your insulin levels, they are little granules you can take them with you anywhere or in the morning for breakfast add a tablespoon to your favorite smoothie it works, the best company I found after researching was http://www.beeroyalproducts.com... they have an on line live question chat that is wonderful very informative. I began taking the royal jelly for energy as well both products are amazing try it first off, DO NOT not eat. that slows down your metabolism and your body stores fat. a really good way to lose weight is portion controll and walking. i had a friend who did that and she lost a lot of wieght. she walked a mile five time a week. just keep walking until you get results that you like. also calorie counting is a good way. if you want to do that eating 1200-1300 calories will help even more w/walking. but thats a pain in the but to do. make sure you eat 3 meals and two snacks in between. if you eat every 3 hrs. apart it will help to keep you full. breakfast---snack, like an apple or yogurt-lunch-===snack====dinne... also try to cut out eating any food at least 3 hrs. before you go to bed. make sure not to eat any less than 1200 calories!! if you do your body will go into starvation mode and start storing fat instead of losing it. if you find your still hungry during your meals try eating cabbage if you like it. boiled cabbage has negative calories and you can eat as much of that as you want. cutting out soda completely will help so much. lots of people who cut out soda dring tea instead, thats just as bad as soda w/all that sugar in it. if you cant drink water all the time try flavored water. CRYSTAL LITE lemonade drinks are awesom. they have no sugar, little to no calories and are sweet just like real lemonade. HINT-EATING AN APPLE AND DRINKING AN 8 OZ. GLASS OF WATER 20MIN. BEFORE EATING WILL HELP YOU TO FEEL FULL. APPLES ARE FULL OF FIBER AND FIBER EXPANDS IN YOUR STOMACH. e-mail me - I am 100% positive that I can help you. azemliansky@yahoo.ca |
