i mean some people eat as much food as posible nad never get fat while other eat very litlle and get fat so fast fat people we cal them Obesity what is the name for those who are not fat in genral thank you

Normal. We are called normal.
Nothing to do with lucky, or genes, or metabolism. We eat good healthy food and we exercise. It is as simple as that. You are what you eat.skinny

Lucky or otherwise born with good genes.
Some say they have a high metabolism. I do, i eat so so much n never get fat.
We call `em "Bones".
