Causes of obesity? |
In your opinion, how would you rank the importance of these 4 factors in causing obesity? 1. Excessive intake of empty calories. 2. Lack of physical activity. 3. Genetics 4. Stress 1. excessive intake of empty calories (nutrition accounts for 80% of the way a body looks) 2. lack of physical activity 3. stress (releases hormone cortisol which induces higher rate of fat storage) 4. genetics (this plays a much lesser role in body appearance than people would like to think. often times people feel better about themselves if they can blame this rather than the fact that they're not doing some right in terms of nutrition and fitness.) 2, 3, 1, 4 detox diet is the best diet to loose weight at home without exercising.....it helps u to lose 5 lbs appox in 2 weeks time by just changing ur eating habbits..The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3 meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals. the best place to find detox diet recipes and tips to loose weight source http://www.medifastdetox.blogspot.com... There is only ONE factor that will cause Obesity. The hole under your nose..thats it. 1, 2, 3, 4 1. Wendy's 2. McDonald's 3. Burger King 4. Taco Bell 5. KFC 6. fast Food well first i would put lack of exercise as most kids nowadays instead of sending time with friends outside " talk" to them online...number 4 and 1 go together all too well as most people tend to overeat when stressed, also that theyare inside lacking exercise, the fridge is close..and genetics...well...that can be beat, but no one bothers as it is too much work....overall these 4 go together like PB and J...but my rank would be 2,1,4,3 |
