An obesity interview,emergency!!? |
Now I'm doing this topic of research, and i also need to interview 5 people who can supports me some of ur own opinions. so now I'm going to arrange a few of questions, and I鈥檓 appreciate that ur guys answer me these questions... 1. Have your body composition and risk factors - as well as your height and weight - been considered in your diagnosis? 2. Based on you current weight and eating patterns and goal weight, how many calories a day should you eat in your weight loss efforts? 3. Base on your fitness level, how much and what types of exercise would be best for you to start with? 4. Do you need to undergo an electrocardiography or other type of test prior to beginning an exercise program? What is my resting heart rate? What should your heart rate be while I'm exercising? What signals should you watch out for while I'm exercising that could tell me I'm overdoing it? 5. How will you be evaluated to determine if you鈥檙e an appropriate candidate for appetite suppressant medication treat? you can find up these questions from the website, but I really hope you guys can add and support ur own ideas, because that's part of job for doing this interview, anyone of ur guys opinion are valuable, thank u guys helping me. Click on the link on my profile page to see how I have transformed from 315lbs to my current weight of about 205-215(I retain a LOT of water!). 1)I am 5'6" and because of the history of diabetes, stroke, and heart disease in my family, I decided it was time to lose weight before any of those problems exacerbated by extreme obesity crept up on me. 2 and 3)I started slowly-only pedaling on a stationary bike for 5 minutes and worked my way up to 45 minutes, at least 5 days a week. When I lost about 30lbs, I felt I was ready to do workout dvd's and go for longer walks. I burned between 1,000 and 2,000 calories a week, while consuming between 1250 and 1600 a day. Also drinking 3-5 liters of water instead of soda was helpful... 4)I didn't need to undergo the electrocardiogram or anything else. The signal that i was overdoing it was my pulse was making my head throb. That meant I had to slow down but not stop completely until I was more comfortable. 5)I don't believe I need a prescription nor surgery, as I have discovered that water is a wonderful appetite suppressant, as is vegetable juice. |
