Does anyone know an all natural/non medicated way to relieve seasonal eye allergies...itching, burning, etc? If you're looking for all natural/non-medicted ways, your choices are limited. Saline drops may help irrigate allergens from your eyes, clear goggles will help protect your eyes from further allergens and staying indoors may also help. Source(s): I'm a nurse. taking a tsp of honey from local beekeepers really works well (not sue bee or honey from the grocery store) local honey has the local pollen in it, so its kind of like an allergy shot, but natural... it wont work immediately, it takes a few weeks. I've heard high does of fish oil work, I have been using it for Dry Eye and it works pretty good. I read it somewhere on the internet, cant remember where though. yes. Try a vegetarian diet and don't drink the tap water. Get your drinking water from purified water machines (it's only 25 cents per gallon). Also suggest you stop drinking soda pop and coffee while on this diet. Stay on this diet til the next seasonal allergies to see if this works for you. All natural.... |
