Can a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for my eye allergies?


I have lots of allergies, especially in my eyes. Am mainly allergic to dust and dust mite. Will a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for these kinds of allergies. If so, what kind of material should i get the sleep mask and where can i buy one?

It may help your eyes some. I sleep with one alot and it helps me sleep better. Walmart has some in the health and beauty area. I would recommend one made out of cotton.

I don't know if a sleep mask will really help. You should consider are anti-histamine eye drops specifically for eye allergies. It works whenever I have it and it clears out the redness as well. You can get these over-the-counter at any drug store. I use the Visine anti-histamine eye drops and they work real well.
i work for a eye dr. i do not think that will help at all, your eyes are closed when you sleep, therefor nothing is getting in them. use otc eye drop (tears) at least 4x a day and see if this helps. if not go see a eye dr. they can help
