Is it possible to have allergies only in one eye?

I have one normal healthy eye and one that is constantly leaking. People always ask me if I'm crying. How can I fix it?

yes...visit an ophthalmologist
Definitely go see an allergist, it could be a problem with your eye, or just allergies only affecting one.
It could be possible, i only cry out of my left eye. My right eye never tears up.
hopefully some one knows and awnnsers cuz i have the same problem
My right eye is always a little more sensitive to the wind and pollen than my left. I don't think you have allergies only in one eye, but it might be possible that your eye might just be more sensitive. Try seeing an eye doctor for advice.
go see your doctor, then if they think its allergies they will send you to an allergist...but it may just be a problem with that specific tear duct.then you would see an ENT specialist.....allergies are usually both eyes involved....
