Why does just one eye ball cry is it allergies?

It's possible that you may have allergies. I have that going on all the time when I forget to take my meds. But if it gets bad enough, both eyes can be irritated - and that's not fun.

You should probably see a doctor to see if you have them, and which ones you have. They may prescribe Allegra or Claritin.
It could be an obstructed tear duct as well. It's a fairly common problem.
