If I have severe allergy eyes, should I see eye doctor, allergist, or family doctor?

Best one to see is an Ophthalmologist. They are a medical doctor specializing in medical problems with the eyes.

A family doctor does not know beans about the eyes.

An allergist specializes in allergies, but nothing for the eyes themselves. Source(s): See an Ophthalmologist for occasional eye allergy problems (among other problems).
You need to see an allergist
medical transcriptionist, former emergency medical technician
an allergist to determine what you are allergic to
he/she will tell you what kind of drops to use =just make sure you let the family Dr you are taking the drops in your eyes as he can do the repeats if needed
if i were you i would probably consult an allergist鈾モ櫏鈾?
try allegry eye drops first then if you need to see your reg doc and they will refer you if needed...good luck that has to suck
