I wake up with puffy bags under my eyes from allergies. I've tried allergy tablets but don't work. Help! They make cream that you can put under your eyes to reduce puffiness. Another trick that models use is preparation h. It reduces swelling/puffiness. get some cream and wash ur face every morning when u wake up. U can buy no allergenic pillows, and under covers which may help your problem. have some tea and then save the tea bags. Put them on your eyes and it will take the puffiness out of them. It works. get rid of whatever is causing your allergies. if that's not possible talk to your doctor and see what changes can be made and suggestions. they are the most informative in this situation. allergies are odd things and can change and unpredictable. put a cold spoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes..then hold them on the puffy part until the cold stops.. hope it helps :) Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too. The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20. You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects. You don鈥檛 need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they鈥檝e pretty much 鈥渙utlawed鈥?sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for 鈥渨hat鈥?and 鈥渉ow鈥?鈥?there鈥檚 also some good info on wiki) |
