I have horrible red itchy eyes every allergy season. Which eye drops work best?

any with an antihistamine and the agent that takes away redness (Naphazoline hydrochloride and Pheniramine maleate is one combo-trades under different names depending where you are) also taking an oral tablet will also help with the eyes. most of the allergy eye drops will sting for a few seconds when you put them in, this is the antihistamine and is not a problem unless they keep stinging for longer than a few seconds (and then don't work as pointed out earlier:)

Regular Visine or any kind of Visine Allergy eye drops work great. Stay away from the brand Rohto, they burn the heck out of your eyes and really don't help.
