Red pufy eyes from allergies?


i have red puffy eyes from allergies. i also were contacts. i know that wereing contacts is bad if you have eye drops in but how long a day shud i were my contacts. (ifi dont have eye drops in).

I have allergies too, the spring sucks!!!
So my advice is the same, don't wear your contacts at all if you can.
And if you have to wear them (don't have glasses) then I would rinse them a few times a day.
Also they have this eye drop called Naphcon A, they sell it at Walgreen's (Drugstore). It is the best eye drop relief EVER!
It works for allergies against pollen, dust, animal dander etc....
So if you use this, take your contacts out, and after a few minutes put them back in.
A cold wet wash cloth can bring the puffiness and irritation down. So if you can do this a few times a day it can help you too.

In your case you have conjunctivitis, you should not wear them AT ALL.
