There is always the body-shop all natural . But if you don't mind spending I use clinique .It is great with my over sensitive skin
Try Origins Concealers. These are the best.
I have horrible under-eye circles. I like Rimmel for the price and the quality. Also don't forget eye drops, no concealer in the world is going to fix red eyes.
I use Mary Kay's concealer. It hides the dark circles really well and blends nicely with foundation.
