I am needing some Help with itchy eyes runny nose and itchy throat due to Allergies!! PLEASE HELP!?


I am having a horrible time with my allergies and have tried several presciption meds such as allegra, zyrtec, flonase.... And I have also tried everything i have seen over the counter even claritin d. Nothing is helping. My allergies are making my life miserable for me and my kids. Please Help i am willing to try anything!!

It sometimes helps allergies to use a neti pot to rinse your sinuses, It flushes away the allergens and clears out the junk as well. It's better than drugs can ever be at clearing out your head. You can find them at a health food store.

Also look around the house and try to remove anything that could be adding to your problem. There may be too much dust in your bedroom too. If you have carpets clean them because they trap allergens so every time you walk over them it releases them all over again.
