I suffer from allergy in eyes & body during summer/rainy season in south of China with sever cold. what to do?

I have this tendency to get allergic cold three / four tims a year and now I suffer from allergy in eyes & body during summer/rainy season in south of China with sever cold. For the past 3 years it becomes very sever. I got allergy test and found allergic to dust and ne type of grass plant. I avoid this as far as possible but still it kep coming. I take anit-allergic tablets and nasal spray to help but I need some cure since it is effecting my body and life.

The most common (and best) allergy medicine is called Benadryl (or, diphenhydramine hydrochloride) this is a very non-selective anti-histamine. If you're going to take it -- start with 25 mg at night -- then increase to 50mg, then 75mg at night -- this medication can cause drowsiness -- so it's best to build up a tolerance to this effect, before taking it during the day. After you've reached 75 - 100 mg in the evening, you can begin taking 25mg every 4-6 hours.

You could also purchase loratadine -- also known as Claritin. This is another type of anti-histamine, but this is a second-generation drug -- meaning that the side effects are decreased greatly -- few people experience drowsiness with loratadine (although, few do with benadryl, too -- after the tolerance is built up).

You could aslo increase your vitamin C intake -- this boosts the immune system, and at the first sign of a cold, you should try 1000mg of vitamin C every hour, for eight hours -- followed by 1000mg in both the morning, and evening -- as well as a zinc lozenge in the morning and evening -- with plenty of fluids.

The difference between allergies and a cold/flue are simple.

When sneezing with allergies, it's usually more than twice -- you'll get a runny or stuffy nose with clear discharge, and possibly watter eyes.

The cold or flu results in single sneezes most of the time with a stuffy nose with yellow discharge.

Recognize the symptoms, so that you can treat the condition apropriately -- taking loratadine for a cold will remedy nothing -- but for allergies, you may notice the difference between night and day.
i know of good supplement that can help email me ill help you
There are allergy shots you can take that will help your body deal with the allergens. That is as close to a cure that you can get....
To help prevent allergies you should take a mast-cell stabilizer at least a month before the allergies start, they are basically useless if you wait until symptoms have already started. To treat an existing attack, take an anti-histamine. eg. Claritin. The best thing to do is to avoid the things that you are allergic too. Also, get some eye drops that mimic natural tears to flush the allergens out. Add these drops about every four hours. Visine is good for getting the redness out, causes the small vessels in the eye to get smaller but it can lead to elevated blood pressure with overuse.
