There are germs in the anus that you don't want to spread to the vagina so you must always use a condom then wash after anal sex and never go from anus to vagina. Also be gentle with anal sex, the tissue in the anus is not meant for sex and will tear relatively easily. Oral sex is totally safe for both partners. Diseases can be spread orally and anally. To prevent disease spreading, wear a condom. Better still, don't have sex! Man don't be a loser, premarital sex is a one way trip to hell... Besides which sodomy is another way one trip to hell...
